Susshma started 19Fitness in October 2014 with one idea: a gym should feel less like a facility and more like a family. Twelve years on, that idea runs three clubs across Delhi NCR in Alaknanda, Chhattarpur and Greater Faridabad, offering strength, cardio, yoga, Zumba and stretching under one roof.
She leads from the gym floor as much as the boardroom. Know every member, hire coaches who care, never let standards slip. That discipline, and her eye for quality, have made 19Fitness a name people trust. As a woman building in an industry where few do, she has shown what steady, fearless leadership looks like.
Ruggedo is her next chapter: an apparel label that takes the same standards beyond the gym walls, into what people wear to train and to live. Fitness not as a routine, but as a way of life.
